• Custom generated work is non-refundable once delivered
• Timelines, if shown, are estimates unless explicitly contracted
• HipAAsynth does not guarantee model performance or regulatory acceptance
• Products are provided for testing, development, research, and benchmarking use cases
• Proprietary implementation remains the property of HipAAsynth
• Use of products constitutes acceptance of these terms, the license, and the disclaimer
