HipAAsynth products, packs, templates, and generated deliverables are licensed for the specific use granted at purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the HipAAsynth engine, source code, generation logic, methodology, and implementation are proprietary and are not transferred to the customer.

• Outputs may be used internally for testing, development, research, and benchmarking
• Customer may not reverse engineer the engine
• Customer may not redistribute proprietary engine materials
• Customer may not claim outputs are real patient data
• Customer may not represent HipAAsynth outputs as clinical-grade or patient-originated data
• Any broader usage rights must be explicitly granted in writing
