The HipAAsynth engine, generation logic, pack architecture, implementation methods, and associated proprietary materials are owned by HipAAsynth unless otherwise stated. Purchase of outputs, templates, or packs does not transfer ownership of the engine or underlying proprietary methods.

• Customer owns their purchased deliverables subject to license terms
• Customer does not acquire source code rights unless expressly granted
• Derived internal models built on delivered synthetic data remain the customer's property
• HipAAsynth retains all rights to the engine and related proprietary materials
